Sweet potatoes are also packed with vitamins and a great low glycemic option for anyone trying to eat healthy. Here is a super easy, healthy way to make sweet potatoes other than the traditional butter and cinnamon and brown sugar option.

  • Medium sweet potato (baked preferably but microwaved works fine too).
  • 1/8 cup chopped sweet onion.
  • 2 tablespoons (or more if you like it hot!) Franks Hot Sauce or buffalo sauce.
  • Sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese on top.

Serve hot and enjoy!
