Appointments Are Encouraged for:  All Salon, Spa, and Wellness Services in Windsor– To make an appointment call 970-223-0273.  We do suggest making appointments in advance. However, we will always try our best to accommodate your requests.

Cancellations –Although we understand that things can come up, we have reserved this special time for you. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation we require a 24 hour notice. Appointments cancelled in less than the time required will be charged 50% of booked service. Full Payment will be required for appointments cancelled within 4 hours. We value your business and appreciate your understanding.

Groups: For any group 3 or more we require a 50% deposit of all services. Appointments must be cancelled 72 hours in advance for a full refund. If appointments are cancelled within the 72 hour time frame the 50% deposit is nonrefundable.

Check -in – Please arrive 10 minutes prior to all available services. This will allow a leisurely check in, a few moments to relax and enjoy our facility and a change of clothes if necessary. Arriving late may interrupt your service.

Cell Phones: To keep the serenity of the spa we ask that you put your cell phone on vibrate and refrain from cell phone usage unless absolutely necessary.

Refunds: You can exchange unopened products within 14 days with a receipt. We cannot allow an exchange or refund of any opened product.

Refunds of Gift Certificates: We cannot refund any gift certificate after 90 days from purchase.

Hair Service Re-dos: Are required to be scheduled within 48 hours of service and will be provide by the same stylist.

Age requirements: Parental supervision is requested when having any hair or chemical treatments for guests 17 and under. Children under 13 are not allowed in salon/spa area unless receiving a service.

Waxing: Sun exposure within 24 hours before or after treatment is not recommended.

Chemical Services: It is recommended that you do wash your hair prior to any chemical service. This will help the process remain true to the brand.

Shaving: Shaving is not recommended before a pedicure service. If you choose to shave please shave 8 hours or longer before service.

Prices: Subject to change without notice.

Gratuities: Not expected but always appreciated. Gratuities can be left as cash or added on your credit card at time of checkout.

Payments: Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard & Discover are accepted.

Purchasing, Sending and Receiving Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates.

Except as provided herein, gift certificates have no cash value.

Gift certificates are not valid until payment has been received and successfully processed by Athena

Athena reserves the right to refuse service or reverse any gift certificate purchase for any reason and return the funds to the purchaser.

 

Redeeming Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are only redeemable at Athena for the amount or service specified on the gift certificate. Athena reserves the right to convert service-based gift certificates to their monetary value, equivalent to what was paid for the gift certificate, at its option and sole discretion.

Except as required by law, gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

Any unused balance of the gift certificate will remain until redeemed.

If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift certificate, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.

Prices exclude gratuity. Gift Certificates may be used for gratuities, but cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be refunded once issued. Any unused portion of a certificate is non-transferable.

For security purposes, a recipient may be required to show valid ID before he or she can redeem the gift certificate.

Use and redemption of our gift certificates are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Athena, its agents and vendors, may provide gift certificate purchasers with information about the redemption status of gift certificates.

 

Cancellation and Expiration of Gift Certificates

Athena reserves the right to immediately invalidate gift certificates, without notice, should it receive a credit card chargeback, returned check or other form of repudiated payment made towards the gift certificate.

Athena is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Reasonable and prudent steps are taken to verify the legitimacy of a redeemer and upon full redemption the gift certificate will be identified as not valid for payment of any kind.

Athena reserves the right to dishonor the gift certificate, if it reasonably believes it was not validly purchased, has already been redeemed, or the redeemer stole or is otherwise not the intended beneficiary of the purchaser.

Gift certificates are not valid or redeemable after the expiration date indicated on the gift certificate if one is applied as is the case for donated gift certificates.

Athena reserves the right to contact gift certificate purchasers, or known recipients, to remind them of upcoming expiration dates.

 

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions

Athena reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.

Athena is not responsible for emailed gift certificates that do not reach their intended recipient for reasons beyond its control. Bounced email is not monitored. Receipt of email cannot be verified. Athena can only verify receipt of the gift certificate, if the recipient of the gift certificate actually uses the URL enclosed in the email message to access the gift certificate using an internet browser.

Athena is not responsible for late delivery of gift certificates due to circumstances out of our control.

ATHENA, ITS AGENTS AND AFFILIATES, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE NUMBER OR BAR CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND ATHENA’S SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE.

Gift certificates, and these Terms and Conditions, are subject to and governed by the laws of Colorado, without reference to its principles of conflicts of law.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions should, for any reason, be held invalid, prohibited by law or unenforceable in any respect, such term will not apply. However, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall be enforced to the full extent permitted by law. A court of competent jurisdiction is hereby empowered to modify the invalid, prohibited or unenforceable provision to make it valid and enforceable.

Risk of loss will pass to the purchaser of the gift certificate upon the electronic transmission of such gift certificate to the recipient or purchaser.
